A few more things to talk about...

So I actually had a blog request for information about DEWEY. And so I will oblige, haha. He's being a crazy kitty, as usual. Andrew and I have been having trouble sleeping at night because Dewey thinks we SURELY must want to wake up hours before we actually have to, and howling is the best way to make that happen. When he does that we stick him in his room for the last few hours until Andrew gets up for work. It's been going on for a few months. We had two nights in a row a few months back where he didn't cry, but then he went right back to it. We had a night this week, too, where he "slept through the night", and we were so happy and proud! Haha!!

He loves winter, though, he loves snuggling up and having it be warm in the apartment. So I'm (crossing my fingers) anticipating more restful evenings ahead. And we FINALLY took the gate down in front of the fireplace so it's open now. He was up on his stand when Andrew took the gate down, and he was EXTREMELY interested. And also scared, which was funny.






He pretty much stays away from it now, we shake the Gatorade-penny bottle at him and have taught him (after allowing a few curious sniffs) that it's NOT a place to play.

Joel came over recently, and Dewey had a lot of fun playing with him. He was sneaking up on him from behind the futon.





We also took some pictures of Andrew and Joel so we could send them to my friend and bridesmaid Karla (who is making us a wedding video and we wanted to get in a picture of Andrew with his best man). And even though there was one specific picture that he didn't want me to put up...it's SOOOOOOOOO going up. Love ya, Joel!! =)





Before he left, Joel got to see our new nativity set. Andrew pulled the box up on the love seat to show him, and Dewey was like, "Um, that's MY box!"



We have two weeks from today until the wedding. And we are SO thrilled, and cannot wait to see you all at our wedding!! Well we're watching Back to the Future (trilogy has been re-released) so I'm gonna go watch that. Take care, all! =)
