A night out with Sara!!!

Tonight Andrew and I did our separate things for the first time in what has seemed like a long time. He was taking care of some chores around his apartment. He organized his closet, which was something that was on his To-Do list:



He also loaded up the back of his truck with stuff to throw away and stuff to take to Goodwill, which will give us less work when we start packing to move:



He worked really hard straightening up for his brother's visit this weekend! Good job, babe!!

I went out for a long-overdue bite to eat and a drink with Sara at the BJ's Brewhouse in Plano. She drank beer, while I opted for a chocolate martini-like drink called "For the Love of Chocolate"...I had two, they were fabulous!!




After dinner and our drinks, we each ordered what BJ's is famous for...their Pizookie!!! Sara got the chocolate chip cookie, and I tried their new Pizookie: Triple Chocolate. Chocolate cookie, chocolate ice cream, Ghiradelli chocolate candy piece. It was choco-tastic!!



After dinner, we ran to Target. She needed coffee creamer, I needed gum, and we always just enjoy walking around and looking at things we'd like to buy at some point. We stayed out of the CD section, which is where I can make impulsive buys!

Another great thing about today was the present I got at work today! Andrew got a run for his money today, it was love at first sight when Nadine brought me Victor today...



"Victor" is the brand name of the new calculator me and my coworker, Sheri, got today!! Our old calculators were SUCH PIECES OF JUNK!!! In the middle of printing out an adding tape, it would go crazy and clear what we had entered. They made adding up totals at the end of the night an absolute nightmare. So Nadine ordered us each our own Victor! From a psychotic, possessed, yellowed calculator to a bright, silver and black perfect machine named "Victor"...Sheri and I were in heaven, it's so sad! Haha!

But the day was good overall, even though I miss Andrew like crazy (it's sad, I know, but it's true!!). We're seeing each other tomorrow night, though, and I can't wait!

It was FABULOUS to see Sara, though, and we can't let too long go by again without hanging out. It was great talking about men, current events, work, life, family, etc. Love ya to bits, Goose, can't wait to celebrate your new job soon!!
